VIP Partners structures investments to reflect individual acquisition opportunities or to cover all activity for a given period of time in the market. Investment structures range from a single property partnership owned by a couple individuals to an investment fund comprising over 40 properties, owned by over 50 partners.
Regardless of investment entity, all financial and operating aspects of the properties are captured and shared with partners quarterly and as significant matters develop. By handling acquisition, leasing, and day-to-day management, partners have full visibility into performance and our view of the investment at every stage.
We invest exclusively in small bay and infill industrial in suburban Chicago—the segment we've operated in since inception.
