Since 1982, Brian Liston has built an outstanding track record as an owner, developer, broker and manager of commercial industrial real estate, specializing in mid-size properties in all of Chicago’s industrial markets. A past finalist for Crain’s Chicago Industrial Broker of the Year, Brian holds a B.S. in Business from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Brian is a principal of VIP and VIP, LLC, and oversees acquisition, development, and brokerage.
Ted holds a BS in Accounting from Elmhurst College (IL) and is a CPA. Ted previously held a similar position with Darwin, and prior to that time worked in public accounting and was a controller with General Warehouse, an Illinois public warehouse operator.
Jennifer previously held a similar position with Darwin. Jennifer holds a BS in Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University, a Masters in Information Systems from Roosevelt University (Chicago, IL), and a Real Estate license in Illinois.
Liz previously held a similar position with Darwin and prior to that time worked in residential property management.
Kristy previously held a similar position with Darwin and prior to that time worked as a Realtor for BuyOwner/MLS Realty.
Since 1987, John Horrigan has successfully acquired, developed, operated and divested many types of commercial real estate throughout the U.S. on behalf of corporate and private capital clients. John holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
John is a principal of VIP and VIP LLC, and oversees financing, investment management, and property management.
Brian previously was a broker with Darwin Realty & Development. Brian holds a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
Beth previously held a similar position with Darwin and holds a BS from Illinois State University.
Matt previously held a similar position with Darwin, is a member of IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management), is a CPM® (Certified Property Manager) candidate, holds a Illinois Real Estate Sales license and is a Broker License candidate.
